Surviving and lost works
In the retrospective catalogue’s introduction, Ewa Gorządek described the loss of many works by Marek Kijewski from the late 1980s and early 1990s. These included objects made from wood, metal and artificial stone.
The 2008–2009 retrospective
The two-part retrospective at CCA Ujazdowski Castle in 2008 covered Kijewski’s independent work and the Kijewski/Kocur collaboration. The year 1996 marked the division between its two parts. In 2009 the exhibition was presented in Orońsko, Białystok and Bielsko-Biała.
